James T. Maye is an attorney and principal at the law firm. Mr. Maye has practiced law for over twenty years. Prior to forming Law Offices of James T. Maye LLC, Mr. Maye was a principal at Maye & Krom LLC in New Haven, and was an associate attorney with the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City and Wiggin & Dana in New Haven. Mr. Maye graduated magna cum laude from Mount Saint Mary's College in 1987 and received his law degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1990 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
In 2004, Mr. Maye received a Masters of Philosophy in Business from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Maye has taught at New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business and Norwalk Community College in the areas of Management and Organizational Analysis, Administrative Law, Introduction to Business, Business Law 1 and Business Law 2.
